The 6 Most Underrated Nickelodeon Cartoons of the 90s/Early 00s
Come on! These shows deserve some love too!
Aahh! Real Monsters
They may look like pre-teens going to their first rock concert, but how much does AAHH! Real Monsters deserve a TV Special?
2. Three Friends and Jerry
No one ever believes me that this show existed. It did. Here is image proof. May not have been groundbreaking but was good enough to hold my attention before school.
3. The Wild Thornberrys
This show is so underrated. Eliza is a feminist icon. Debbie a grunge princess.
FUN FACT: Donnie is voiced by the bassist for the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Flea.
4. Ren and Stimpy
Even though this was one of the first cartoons aired by Nickelodeon it doesn't get the hype it deserves. It was good enough for Matt Groening though, who said it was the "funniest cartoon on TV".
5. Maggie and the Ferocious Beast
Aired as part of the Nick Jr branch of Nickelodeon. Maggie ventured to "Nowhere Land" with her two pals the Ferocious Beast and Hamilton Hocks, who was a pig, naturally.
6. Little Bear
The most heart-warming cartoon ever.
